Facility Requests

Panther Valley School District welcomes community organizations and groups to request the use of district facilities when space is available and the requested use is consistent with Board policy and district procedures.

To ensure adequate time for review, scheduling, staffing, and event preparation, all Facility Use Requests must be submitted at least two weeks prior to the requested event date. Requests submitted with less than two weeks' notice may not be approved.

All requests must be submitted through the FMX system by clicking the button to the right. If you have submitted a request before please login to your account. Otherwise, create a new account.

All requests are subject to review and approval by the district. Approval is based on facility availability, school activities, staffing requirements, compliance with district policies, and the intended use of the facility. Submission of a request does not guarantee approval.

Organizations approved to use district facilities are expected to comply with all district policies, procedures, and applicable laws. Approved users are responsible for leaving district facilities in good condition and may be responsible for applicable usage fees, custodial costs, or other charges as outlined in the district's Facility Use Guidelines.

Maintenance Requests

To ensure maintenance concerns are addressed efficiently and tracked accurately, all maintenance requests should be submitted through the FMX Facilities Management System.

Submitting requests through FMX allows the Building and Grounds Department to prioritize work, assign requests to the appropriate staff, monitor progress, and maintain a record of completed work. Click the button to the right and the login with gmail button to submit a request.

After your request has been submitted, you will receive confirmation that it has been entered into the system. Building and Grounds staff will review the request, assign it to the appropriate personnel, and complete the work as scheduling and priority allow. You may receive updates through FMX as the status of your request changes.

Maintenance requests are prioritized based on their impact on safety, security, building operations, and instruction.

Using FMX for all maintenance requests helps ensure that work is completed efficiently, resources are used effectively, and all requests are documented for future planning and preventive maintenance.
