The Executive Assistant serves as a key resource for employees seeking information about New Teacher Induction, Act 48 continuing education requirements, professional development opportunities, college course reimbursement, certification updates, tuition reimbursement procedures, employment verification, personnel records, and district policies and procedures.
In addition, the Executive Assistant assists with onboarding and orientation for new employees, tracks professional learning and Act 48 hours, coordinates required trainings, and provides support related to employee documentation and compliance requirements. Whether you have questions about advancing your certification, accessing professional growth opportunities, or navigating district processes, the Executive Assistant is available to help connect employees with the information and resources they need to succeed.

Current employees may contact the Payroll Specialist and Benefits Coordinator for assistance with payroll, benefits, and employment related matters. The Payroll Specialist and Benefits Coordinator serves as a primary resource for questions regarding employee compensation, direct deposit, pay schedules, tax withholding forms, leave balances, retirement contributions, and payroll deductions.
Employees may also seek assistance with health, dental, vision, and life insurance benefits, retirement enrollment, qualifying life events, flexible spending accounts, and open enrollment. In addition, the Payroll Specialist and Benefits Coordinator supports employees by providing guidance on benefit eligibility, enrollment procedures, required documentation, and available employee benefit programs.
